We are all creative - being alive is an act of creation and when we let go of limiting definitions
we unleash our life force to express itself in exactly the unique way it is meant to.

What is Painting from the Soul™?

PFTS is a process that uses painting to reconnect us to Source.  We use simple materials, weave in movement and ritual, and let go of expectations - allowing you to connect to your creative source. Art is the language of the Soul. We deepen our relationship, and develop our ability to hear and be heard, when we learn its language. We put color on paper, letting it speak through the brush.

We paint for process, not for product*,
as an ongoing conversation, curious to see what will happen next, how we will be guided in the next moment.

We continue painting with the same painting for the entire day, allowing it to evolve and grow, as we evolve and grow through the process. It's healing, it teaches you, stretches you, opens your heart,
and frees your Soul.

* If you are looking to learn technique, or create a nice picture to bring home at the end of the day, this is not the workshop for you. We don't complete a painting and start a new one. We stay in the conversation.
